  • Property Size - 20,000 SF - 150,000 SF

  • Deal Size - $3MM to $15MM

  • Roll Up / Drive Up /  Dock Door for Each Unit 

  • Years Built - 1970 to 2000

  • Population - 500K to 1.5MM in the MSA
