Stoic Equity Partners was founded by Grant Reaves and Jeremy Friedman to pursue value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate acquisitions and developments across the Southeast. With extensive backgrounds in commercial real estate brokerage, Grant and Jeremy collaborated for many years at a previous firm.
