Stoic Equity Partners Expands Team with Two New Director Roles

Stoic Equity Partners is excited to announce the addition of two new members to our team: Chris McCoy as Director of Project Management & Retail Development and Frank Pishler as Director of Investor Relations.

Chris McCoy brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate development, having managed renovations and ground-up retail projects. His background includes serving as Vice President of Development for RJ Development in Montgomery, Alabama, where he successfully developed sites for clients like Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellianos Coffee, and Publix. McCoy's expertise will be instrumental as Stoic continues to grow and develop retail shopping centers.

Frank Pishler joins Stoic with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Starting as a runner at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1989, Pishler advanced to become a floor trader. His role at Stoic involves providing investors with the intelligence and critical information needed to manage their capital successfully. Pishler's unique perspective, gained from his experience as an investor and as President of his local Downtown Merchants Alliance, makes him a valuable asset to the team.

"We are thrilled to welcome Chris and Frank to our team," said Grant Reaves, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Stoic Equity Partners. "Both bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate that will be invaluable as we embark on this new chapter."

The addition of McCoy and Pishler further strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional results for our investors and continue our growth in the commercial real estate sector.
